About Parya
I’m Parya Nazari, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Realtron, helping buyers and sellers throughout Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, York Region, Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
Before real estate, I worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Michael’s Hospital, where I learned how important it is to listen, advocate for people and stay calm when the stakes are high. Those same qualities now shape the way I work with my real estate clients.
Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and my job is to make the process feel clearer, more manageable and far less stressful. I believe my clients deserve honest advice, strong communication and a strategy that is built around their goals—not pressure.
I work with first-time buyers, growing families, move-up buyers, downsizers, investors and homeowners preparing to sell. Whether you’re trying to understand what your home is worth, deciding if now is the right time to move, or searching for the right neighbourhood for your family, I’ll help you understand your options and make confident decisions.
Real estate is also a family business for me. I work alongside my mother and aunt as part of Team Bee, combining decades of real estate experience with a modern, highly personalized approach to marketing, negotiation and client care.
My clients know me for being approachable, patient, responsive and genuinely invested in their outcome. I don’t believe a real estate transaction should ever feel transactional. For me, it’s about building relationships, protecting my clients’ interests and being someone they can trust long after the keys are handed over.
