I am a Real Estate Broker that takes an educated approach to the business of Selling, 'Right'-Sizing & Multi-Generational Living. I love helping clients understand, in granular detail, the ins and outs of their largest financial and emotional transaction - selling their home! Whether it's helping Mom & Dad move from their family home into the right-sized home for now; helping the kids transition into the next phase of their lives after Uni or College; or unpacking what it means to live inter-generationally, after 19+ years, I have experience with it all.
I've worked extensively throughout Durham & the GTA and I have established strategies that deliver the very best in market brand, exposure & list-to-sold results.
